Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of Blogizon at blogizon.com (the "Service"), operated by Blogizon ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1 · The service

Blogizon generates, formats and publishes content to websites you own or control, using credentials and API keys you provide. The Service is currently a private beta: features may change, and access is granted at our discretion.

2 · Your account

Keep your credentials safe; you're responsible for activity under your account. Two-factor authentication is mandatory. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.

3 · Your sites, your keys

You confirm that every site you connect is yours to publish to, and that any third-party keys you add (model, image, Pinterest) are yours to use. Charges those providers bill for your usage are between you and them.

4 · Content & ownership

You own the content the Service publishes to your sites. You're responsible for reviewing it and for its compliance with applicable law and platform policies (including Pinterest's). We may decline to generate or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.

5 · Acceptable use

• No publishing to sites you don't control;
• no spam networks, deceptive content, or trademark/copyright infringement;
• no attempts to probe, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• no reselling access without a written agreement.

6 · Fees

Beta access terms, including any fees, are agreed individually in writing. Third-party usage costs (model tokens, image credits) are always yours and are metered transparently in your ledger.

7 · Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is", without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

8 · Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content you direct the Service to publish.

9 · Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination we delete your stored credentials as described in the privacy policy.
